Blagotvoritel Foundation received generous donations
Blagotvoritel Foundation received generous donations in favor of two of its causes after a campaign personally initiated by its Founder. First of them is in support of the activities of Junior Folklore Ensemble “Banski Starcheta”; the second one is “Youth Making GOOD” contest for students projects for volunteer missions of their choice.
The raised amount is 28 686 BGN in total. On behalf of the Blagotvoritel Foundation team and on behalf of its founder Mr. Stoyko Petkov, we’d like to express our deep gratitude for the generosity of those involved in the campaign!
The leader of Ensemble “Banski Starcheta” Mr. Atanas Yanchovichin received the amount of 10710.65 BGN. The donation will fund the following activities: release of music album with pilot name “Song of the mountain”, filming of music videos, purchase of folk costumes and musical instruments for folk performances.
In favor of the “Youth Making GOOD” cause the amount raised is 17976 BGN. This project has many faces, as many as the ideas and projects of the students that we’re able to support. “Youth making GOOD” is a contest for charity initiatives of students from 14 to 19 years old. The aim of this contest is to teach and inspire schoolchildren to be sympathetic and involved, seeking and finding volunteer causes, creating projects for them, and implementing them.
